JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager (Team Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an inbound sales team to achieve daily sales and conversion targets.
- Oversee call operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving issues promptly.
- Coach team members to improve pitching, objection handling, and closing performance.
- Leverage AI and call analytics to enhance sales quality and productivity.
- Drive a results-oriented culture focused on sales growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, with at least 5 years of sales management experience — preferably managing inbound sales teams.
- Background in telecom or logistics industries is highly welcomed.
- Strong coaching and team-leadership capabilities with proven results in improving conversion and performance.
- Results-driven, accountable, and able to balance daily execution with long-term sales growth.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus, and proficiency in CRM and MS/Google Office is required.
