JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on sales orders and procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with factories to coordinate sample development and mass production in collaboration with Purchasing, Production, Packaging, and Quality Control Departments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and maintain product quality standards.
• Participate in material sourcing for new product development, managing sample and mass production timelines.
• Manage production planning based on capacity, material availability, and customer priorities, while maintaining effective communication with clients to meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in merchandising, procurement, or a related field, with a diploma or higher.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of packaging processes is a plus, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
