JOB DESCRIPTION

A typical day routine:

• Provide research support to consultants and understand the ever-changing industry landscape
• Responsible for sourcing junior to middle-level talents across different channels
• Utilize networking, and social media to build your candidate database.
• Maintain and constantly update candidate database
• Interview and liaise with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements
• Become an expert in the current market/industry trends relating to the industry or job function

Success will depend on:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in CS, Sales, or Consultative Sales related industry would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• A result-driven self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• A person with a heart of gold
