JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-10 years of senior management experience, with a proven record of business and people leadership in a multi-cultural and matrix environment related to products and manufacturing processes where business transformation is the key focus.
• Proven experience in leading international teams both on-site and on a remote basis.
• Experienced with and committed to Quality concepts and processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for certifying and auditing suppliers
• Responsible for monitoring supplier processes using IPA (In-Process Audit) standard
• Responsible for monitoring supplier products according to OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) standards
• Lead targeted quality initiatives to support the development of strategic suppliers critical to the business
• Supplier selection, project risk evaluation, and definition of supplier targets
• Collaborate closely with the NPI Manager and the Field Quality Manager to ensure seamless coordination across quality initiatives
• Coordination with the Field Quality Organization, implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve defined consumer experience KPI targets (e.g., SCRlq, SCR Distractors, Consumer Institute ratings, Warranty Costs, and Consumer Star Ratings)
• In coordination with the NPI Quality Manager, ensure the implementation of new projects in compliance with company standards
• As the liaison and coordination point for the China-based Quality Team
