JOB DESCRIPTION
Network Engineer
Duties:
- Monitor, maintain and optimize WAN, LAN, WIFI for optimal performance and maximum availability
- Onsite troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve SDWAN / LAN / WIFI performance and capacities issues
- Perform WAN / LAN / WIFI / Firewall / other Network related configuration and backups
- Troubleshoot and optimize WAN circuits with upstream provider
- Supervise contractors for fiber cable and block wiring installation
- Prepare and update network documentation and diagrams
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in enterprise network or WiFi support
- Good knowledge in Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols, firewalls and WiFi controllers
- Occasional work in non-office hour for maintenance or on-site support
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
