Review financial statements and the consolidated accounts to ensure the compliance to accounting standard and relevant laws and regulations.
Work with team member to develop internal application system
Participate in program coding and testing
Assist in SDLC
Directly report to VP
Preparation of P&L reports on quarterly basis & assist in the preparation of annual budget
Prepare the monthly financial and business reporting
As a key account management role, to develop and maintain long term business relationship/explore new business
Provide the best and professional customer service to assigned key account
Follow up and liaise with supermarket, chain store client
Testing electronic and electrical products (Hand Tools, AV, Gardening Equipment, Lighting etc.
Issue test report and provide support
Handle Audiovisual equipment and maintain smooth operation for events
Technical support, troubleshooting for Audiovisual issues
Responsible for daily helpdesk support and troubleshooting for end users
Assist in installation and troubleshooting on hardware and software
Perform ad hoc duties
8 years hands on working experience in event management (able to handle the whole process), with 3 years experience in supervisory level
