Technical Support Engineer
- Provide first and second level technical support to corporate customers in Asia Pacific
- Assist in system upgrade and maintenance
- Regularly report the status to IT team head in USA
- Diploma holder in Computer Sciences or related study
- At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Independent, responsible and eager to learn
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Less IT experience is also welcome. Training will be provided.
