JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with global support team and provide first line IT end-user support for Asia regions
• Handle incoming calls and service tickets system
• Participate in internal infrastructure/ implementation projects
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing infrastructure components
• Liaise with Global team to diagnose and report on problems

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or other related (Degree holder is a must)
• At least 5 years exp. in IT Help-desk & Infrastructure support
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 2013, Windows desktop, MS Exchange and Linux is a must
• Knowledge in ITIL processes, FTP, SMTP, VPN, Lync (Skype for Business) preferred
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
