JOB DESCRIPTION
System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with IT vendor for project management (IT Infrastructures and Business System)
- Gather user information
- Provide daily user support in both hardware and software
- Office networking and AD, Windows, Exchange server support
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines
- 1 year working experience in IT support and IT project
- Knowledge in networking, server support
- Good communication in project management and vendor management
