JOB DESCRIPTION
Supplier quality management
Responsibilities:
- Drive supplier Quality management (SAM/SQM/SPM) ;
- Early involve in the PMP / PEP project to identify risks and make sure supplier quality stability;
- Ensure the BL products and/or Components shipped by SSVF to meet customer requirement;
- Identifies nonconformities, in-depth analyzes, monitors quality improvement plans with suppliers and SE related functions;
- Monitor & Improve suppliers quality performance through customer complain analysis, customer return analysis, process audit, surveillance test… ;
- Oversees plant incoming inspection and supervises the qualification of parts.
Requirements:
- SDPM / DPMi & PRR target &RTE/RTA;
- Supplier QMS & Process Audit;
- 8D implemented;
- Brand-labeling/Component supplier technical support;
- Supplier quality system improvement support.
