JOB DESCRIPTION

Supplier quality management

Responsibilities:

  • Drive supplier Quality management (SAM/SQM/SPM) ;
  • Early involve in the PMP / PEP project to identify risks and make sure supplier quality stability;
  • Ensure the BL products and/or Components shipped by SSVF to meet customer requirement;
  • Identifies nonconformities, in-depth analyzes, monitors quality improvement plans with suppliers and SE related functions;
  • Monitor & Improve suppliers quality performance through customer complain analysis, customer return analysis, process audit, surveillance test… ;
  • Oversees plant incoming inspection and supervises the qualification of parts.

Requirements:

  • SDPM / DPMi & PRR target &RTE/RTA;
  • Supplier QMS & Process Audit;
  • 8D implemented;
  • Brand-labeling/Component supplier technical support;
  • Supplier quality system improvement support.
