JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily management of QA department , including IQC\IPQC\OQC\DCC;
• Responsible for overall ISO system setup, maintaining and optimization etc;
• Maintain, review and update ISO 9001 etc., and lead to plan and carry out the internal cross audit, periodic quality competitive etc;
• Plan, maintain and follow up relative customer/supplier audits;
• Plan, maintain and follow up Quality training. Conduct necessary training including on the job training for all the necessary personnel on the requirement of ISO QMS;
• Follow up the quality issues for the defective goods returned from customers & the customer complaints;
• Responsible for the calibration tools management
• Assist GM to follow up other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related,10years or more working experience on quality and relative field. .
• Mature and good communication skills, fine interpersonal skill, good team player;
• Fine leadership, results oriented attitude, strong problem solving and decision making skill;
• Excellent written English skills, and fluent oral English skills.
