JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice to key corporate accounts in Hong Kong and other countries in Asia Pacific.
• Communicate with customers and understand their requirement and pain point. Then offer an appropriate solution to them.
• Work together with other internal departments to maintain a good relationship with customers

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical support / presales / solution consultant role
• Familiar with financial industry, mobile operation system or coding language is an asset
• Excellent communication skill, responsible and a good team player
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
