- Provide technical advice to key corporate accounts in Hong Kong and other countries in Asia Pacific.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirement and pain point. Then offer an appropriate solution to them.
- Work together with other internal departments to maintain a good relationship with customers
- Degree holder or above
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical support / presales / solution consultant role
- Familiar with financial industry, mobile operation system or coding language is an asset
- Excellent communication skill, responsible and a good team player
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
