JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Support manager for software capabilities building, new engineers training and software platform development.
• Establish automatic test solution for new product development from Alpha, Beta, Pilot until production release.
• Responsible for testing software or tools development, qualification and release. As a designer, also responsible for testing software requirements collection, system architecture design, detail design, coding, debugging, test flow and database structure definition, Equipment/Jig/Switch Box selection and product MFG issues solving, etc.
• Communicate and collaborate with system engineer, process/product engineer, developers, marketing and project manager to ensure that design and MFG testing meet the specification of the customer.
• Provide technical support to customers, GLSS, QA, sales/marketing, RMA failure analysis, manufacture and inside personnel if needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years software development experience.
• Proficient in C, C++, C# and Visual Studio/LabWindows program software development.
• Proficient in MSSQL or MySQL database and Python programming technologies.
• CET-4 or above, with Strong ability of listening, reading, speaking and writing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with web programming technologies, such as: JSP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and Servlet, etc.
