JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies for residential projects; execute marketing plan and lead marketing materials production.
• Assist in formulating sales strategies for residential projects; manage sales operations (sales office; show flats) and administer relevant legal documents.
• Govern the accuracy of sales and marketing literature and materials.
• Compile regular research reports for senior management, including market updates (sales in public and private housing markets).

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma / Certificate holder with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Passionate in residential Real Estate.
• Proficiency in MS Windows applications and Chinese Word processing.
• Practical skills in design software like PS and AI is an advantage.
• Native Cantonese speaker, good command of English and Mandarin.
