- Diploma graduate, with 3 years’ customer services experience in insurance industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent Mandarin is a must
- Pleasant and possessing sound presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
