JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Customer Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Handle complaints and RMA end-to-end process
- Maintain tracking list of customer complaints and RMA and report status
- Support sales in customer communication on complaints, feedback, prepare 5D report with team
- Coordinate failure analysis, root cause hunting and implementation of resolution
- Participate FMEA (system, design and process)
Requirements:
- Degree holder major in Engineering
- Min 5 years of customer quality role in electronic manufacturing environment
- Sound experience in complaint handling and problem solving tools
- Hands on experience with FMEA, 8D, Fault Tree
- Good communication and coordination skills and able to communicate to people in all levels
- Knowledge in telecommunication, headset products is a plus
- Excellent in English and Chinese
