JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Company Secretarial Officer / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of company secretarial services
  • Prepare minutes, agenda, notes, reports
  • Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings
  • Coordinate with different parties and oversea offices
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with at least 4 years relevant experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Company Secretarial Officer
