JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Collection / Credit Control Officer
Responsibilities:
- Follow up internal and external collection suppliers and report timely to customers
- Execute day to day collection activity
- Monitor the performance of the panel lawyers and collection agencies
- Meet the assigned targets such as collected amount and success rate
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
- At least 2 years of B2B collections or accounting (A/R & credit control) experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experienced in sizable company is preferable
