JOB DESCRIPTION
Regional CRM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Report to Regional Director in Hong Kong
- Oversee the performance and KPI reporting to identify key business trends and insights to drive innovative customer-oriented strategies
- Work closely with overseas teams and external development vendors
- Maintain their salesforce database and convert data and leverage BI applications to provide business analysis
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 6 years of related experience, BI application experience is a plus
- With regional project experience is highly preferable
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work independently
