JOB DESCRIPTION

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming call and incoming guests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of receptionist area
  • Provide administrative support to admin team

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • Min. 5 years solid experience in receptionist, administrative support or office clerical job
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Polite, Pleasant, Helpful Character
  • Immediate available is an advantage
