JOB DESCRIPTION
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties e.g. handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, handling mails and courier, etc.
- Responsible for general office administration duties, e.g. stationery and other office supplies ordering
- Assist in coordinating repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Perform clerical duties and administrative support for the company
- Ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 2 years relevant administrative experience
- Good telephone skills and manner
- Good interpersonal skills and friendly
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Chinese background company will be highly preferred
