JOB DESCRIPTION

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties e.g. handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, handling mails and courier, etc.
  • Responsible for general office administration duties, e.g. stationery and other office supplies ordering
  • Assist in coordinating repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Perform clerical duties and administrative support for the company
  • Ad-hoc duties upon required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • 2 years relevant administrative experience
  • Good telephone skills and manner
  • Good interpersonal skills and friendly
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Chinese background company will be highly preferred
