JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement exhibition organization work, including exhibitor recruitment, sales coordinator, booth allocation and show promotion
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external partners, trade associations and agencies on project coordinator
• Responsible for copywriting of marketing materials and provide multimedia design support to the team
• Bundle social media and digital promotion campaigns
• Support digital development of the project on Web, App, social media

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with Grade 5 in Chinese and English in HKDSE
• 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or advertising. Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good at MS Office, graphic design software
• Flexible, systematic, able to work independently
