JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Manager, Medical Device
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily manufacturing operations of active medical devices
- Drive initiatives for operational excellence
- Support and work with R&D in product development for DFMA, and Marketing/Business Development for on-time delivery with quality & quantity
- Oversee inventory and Kanban management
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of working experiences with 5 years in managerial position; experiences with medical device or high precision assembly preferred
- Track record in project management and operations improvement
- Familiar with SPC, Six-Sigma Green Belt or above preferred
- Station DG
