JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant to GM (Expatriate)

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to GM
  • Manage and organize daily schedules and business appointments
  • Provide administrative support, handle expenses claims and reimbursement
  • Handle incoming / outgoing emails and correspondence in confidentiality
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with various internal or external parties
  • Perform ad hoc assignments timely and professionally

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years experience in serving expatriates
  • Excellent in English. Good in Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, independent, mature with positive and can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Daily Travel to Shenzhen (1-2 times per week)
