JOB DESCRIPTION
Personal Assistant to GM (Expatriate)
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to GM
- Manage and organize daily schedules and business appointments
- Provide administrative support, handle expenses claims and reimbursement
- Handle incoming / outgoing emails and correspondence in confidentiality
- Liaise & co-ordinate with various internal or external parties
- Perform ad hoc assignments timely and professionally
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2-3 years experience in serving expatriates
- Excellent in English. Good in Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, independent, mature with positive and can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Daily Travel to Shenzhen (1-2 times per week)
