JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage export sales team in regard to Company strategy and target；
• Develop sales plan, and re-allocate resources to realize the sales target；
• Thoroughly understand the market situation and future scenarios, Develop sales measures in cooperation with each local RMOs；
• Secure and expand the business, Maintain and develop relationship with customers, meanwhile develop new market opportunities；
• Organize or take part in seminars, presentations and sales negotiations for important or potential customers/partners；
• Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysis；
• Coach sales team members on the products’ technical aspects, on marketing campaigns and sales techniques, so as to enhance the team’s overall performance；
• Review on the achievement of sales target together with team members regularly, so as to secure more efficiency on achieving target；
• Contribute to sales forecast and budgets planning；
• Assist to supervise sales expenses of the team；
• Performance evaluation for team members.

Requirements:

• Good command of English (written & spoken)；
• Have more than 5 years export business sales experience, experience in plant operations management is preferred；
• Be familiar with export and import process and know well about the Chinese import and custom regulations；
• Be familiar with computer skills, e.g. SAP, Excel, PPT；
• High team-work inspirits, positively and actively；
• Self-motivated & ability to work independently.
