JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Manager / Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the general office administration duties
  • Provide secretarial support to the top management of HK office
  • Coordinate with bank, audit firm, colleagues and other stakeholders in China and overseas

 Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • With financial or investment sense is advantage
  • Independent, presentable and has good organization skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
