JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Manager / Personal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the general office administration duties
- Provide secretarial support to the top management of HK office
- Coordinate with bank, audit firm, colleagues and other stakeholders in China and overseas
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- With financial or investment sense is advantage
- Independent, presentable and has good organization skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
