Native Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer
- Fluent Japanese speaker with excellent writing skills
- Native speaker preferable
- Experience in a Customer Support role is preferable
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast pace while multitasking
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English
- Dealing with email, call and live chat to solve the customer problems
- Report to the manager
- Coping with documents using Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
