• Coordinate with  Sales team and internal parties for all order issues to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and on-time delivery
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, i.e. production planning, QA, product engineering and shipping to ensure shipment on time
• Manage all incoming sales orders, quotations and administrative documents, data input for orders and products information

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in merchandising, supply chain, business studies, or related discipline
• 3 years or above of merchandising experience in Toys industry with US market experience is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills to contact directly overseas customers and suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidate with short notice period or immediately available is preferred
