JOB DESCRIPTION
Junior Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Report to a Group Legal Counsel in oversea
- Draft and review commercial agreements
- Proofread and translate legal documents
- Handle corporate secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Law Degree and membership in good standing of bar
- Minimum 2 years of corporate counsel experience in a law firm or in-house environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, flexible, well organized with high efficiency and accuracy
