JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Trainee / Assistant IT Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support to corporate customers in Hong Kong
- Assist in system upgrade and maintenance
- Regularly report the status to IT team head
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Computer Sciences or related study
- At least 1 year of IT related experience is preferable
- Good communication and customer service skill
- A good team player, responsible and eager to learn
- Good command of English
- For candidate who has more experience, will be considered as the title of Assistant IT Engineer
