JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Project Team Leader (Finance Client)
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of Client’s IT Infrastructure
- Handle the project of servers/ firewalls/ switches setting up
- Provide Level 3 support
- Responsible for systems/ technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
Requirements:
- Diploma holder of IT or others related
- At least 4 years experience for Windows platforms support, such Microsoft Windows 8/10, Microsoft Office 2016/ 2013, Windows Server 2016/ 2012 and Microsoft Exchange Server
- Knowledge of TCP/ IP, LAN/ WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing and Switching/ Firewall
- Cisco Firewall/switches, VMWare exp. is a must
- Certificate Holders of CCNP, CCIE or MCSE is a plus
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
