JOB DESCRIPTION
Infrastructure Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the system and network infrastructure projects
- Handle for the system and network architectural design
- Perform software and hardware installation
- Provide trouble-shooting, on-site investigations, subsequent customization and configuration
- Administration & maintenance of Windows 2008/2012/2016 server and Linux/Unix servers
- Leading a team of system engineers to provide installation
- Interact and follow up with vendors for maintenance and fault reported for any PC, designated applications, network equipment and software
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or others related
- At least 5 years relevant IT supporting experience
