Our client, a small-middle size expanding company in technology industry, is now looking for a high caliber for the following position:
JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Manager (Recruitment focus)
Responsibilities:
- Report to Managing Director
- Lead a small team to handle the general HR & Administration duties in Hong Kong office
- Coordinate with different parties and try to develop new channels to fulfill the recruitment needs
- Handle HR projects, e.g. help the company expand to other regions such as Singapore
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 6 years of HR experience, focus on recruitment
- Experienced in start-up company is preferable but not a must
- Able to lead a small team, excellent interpersonal skill and organization skill
- Good command of English and Mandarin
