JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of an engineering and manufacturing readiness team and the logistics.
• Partner with engineering, product management, operations and quality to coordinate complex portfolio engineering decisions, deliverable schedules and ODM dependencies.
• Manage cross-functional relationships.

• Manage the engineering and manufacturing lifecycle planning and execution of a broad, interdependent portfolio of high volume products.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Software related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience demonstrating an in-depth knowledge including, but not limited to, consumer ODM manufacturing practices, program planning, product lifecycle planning, embedded hardware and firmware design, wireless technologies, industrial design, usability, advanced materials and manufacturing processes, quality criteria and testing strategies, and international compliance.
• Previous experience in both product development and manufacturing within the consumer product domain.
