Our client, a plastics product manufacturing with production plant in China (3000+ workers) is now looking for a high calibre for the following position:
JOB DESCRIPTION
General Manager (Factory Operation Management)
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director
- Oversee the daily whole operations of the toys manufacturing including Engineering, Production, Logistics, Human Resources, Administration etc…
- Leading the teams of management to achieve long term and short term goals
- Give constructive suggestions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with Engineering background
- 10 – 15 years experience in manufacturing industry is a must, solid knowledge in plastic molding, injection, assembly. Experience in sizable manufacturing operation is an advantage
- Strong management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to work in ShenZhen
