JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate and work closely with global customer in R&D/Quality in order to develop an design new generation of robots
• Execute all the new products MP on time and within budget every year
• Provide hands on technical expertise from concept validation through to production sign off, identifying, prioritizing and solving problem quickly and efficient
• Lead and partner with cross functional peers to drive efficiencies and accountabilities
• Focus and identify on key risks and developing mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical engineering
• Strong background in electro-mechanical development (ex. Motors, PCBA, Sensors and Pumps)
• 10 years of leadership experience of within electrical manufacturing environment
• Able to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, deadline driven environment
• Product design and mechanical engineering background
• Open to pursing multiple paths to get the best solution
• Station in Dongguan
