Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationship with corporate clients in Hong Kong
- Handle clients’ enquiries by phone call and email
- Handle daily documentation work
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 1 year of working experience, customer service experience is preferable
- Good communication skill, responsible and a good team player
- Good command of English and Mandarin
