Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
- Follow orders
- Any ad hoc tasks required
Requirements:
- 1- 2 years working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Capable to monitor vendors performance for new items
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
- Good sense of responsibility and customer-service oriented
- Detail minded, well organized and eager to learn
- Immediately available is preferred
