JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for order handling management, optimizing order handling process to improve commercial productivity, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating teams to achieve OR/Rev target；
• Being responsible for AR collection management, improving cash in estimation, doing collection in efficiency way, following AR escalation rule strictly；
• AR reports analysis and action plans for SWG targets；
• Optimizing commercial process and make good utilization of E-process to improve internal control efficiency and ensure to meet compliance requirement；
• Having good Project management experience starting from tendering to delivery；
• Ensuring O2C process well managed with teams；
• Being responsible for order handling & AR collection experience sharing within LBU/cross companies；
• Demonstrating commercial professional knowledge to business and customers；
• Setting up KPI with the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
