JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Identify and seek out potential clients and business opportunities
• Understand customer’s needs and new business potentials and suggest corresponding solutions
• Collaborate with Solutions teams to introduce solutions to the clients, including but not limited to automation solutions, logistics applications, and IoT solutions.
• Assist the team in preparing business proposals, tenders, and presentation
• Achieve the defined targets to support business growth
• Handle client correspondences and follow-up actions
• Draft and review terms and conditions of business agreements
• Project coordination with clients and internal departments to ensure the delivery
• Assist in the negotiation process with the potential partners and client

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in marketing and business-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in business development of software product or hardware product
• Experience in marketing IT applications and equipment automation is an advantage
• Excellent sales skills with an open-minded, entrepreneurial approach
• Good communication & time management skills and can work independently, effectively, and efficiently
• Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and curious
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Account Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager
