JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, hiring proposal preparation and offer extension
- Work proactively to develop close working relationships with different departments to identify the manpower and business needs & requirements
- Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, guideline and procedures
- Organize and coordinate training program and events
- Handle any ad hoc projects and events as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant HR experience in recruiting and training role, preferably in a sizable organization
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized and detail-minded
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
