JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to monitor office supplies, logistics arrangement, equipment procurement, and maintenance
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above with major in Business Administration or Management or related disciplines
  • 6-8 years working experience in Admin/clerical support
  • Detail-oriented, good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediate available is preferable
