- Provide receptionist (not sitting at receptionist desk) and administrative duties including but not limited to greeting guest, receiving incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining office supplies etc…
- Assist in company events and activities
- Assist in some HR duties, such as attendance record
- Diploma or above
- Min. 3 years in office administrative support in medium size company
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at written English
- Immediate available is an advantage
