JOB DESCRIPTION

Admin Clerk / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receptionist duties including guest greeting, courier arrangement, conference room booking etc.
  • Provide administrative support in ordering stationary, maintaining office equipment
  • Provide support to supervisor in ad hoc issue

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • 2 – 3 years experience in receptionist or administrative role
  • Good communication and coordination skills and able to communicate to people in all levels
  • Conversational in English and Chinese
