JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of account (multi-currency) for the HK investment holding company and a BJ dormant subsidiary independently, including preparation of accounting vouchers, group reporting packages and supporting schedules
• No consolidation is required
• Assist Head of Finance in preparing annual budget and forecasts
• Assist in dealing with external auditor and tax advisor
• Work independently in submission of report and data to BJ HQ via system
• Other ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• 5-10 years of accounting experience with minimum 2 years responsible for full set of accounts
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (a MUST)
• Familiar with MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with 用友 is an advantage
• Independent, attentive to details with good interpersonal skills
