JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To grow the assign customers and identify New Business Opportunities to achieve revenue target
  • Work with Presales Team for client requested Proposal
  • Approach and acquire new enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Clients & Partners relationships
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Work for Tender Bidding & on-time submission

 

Requirement:

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Solid experience with Telecommunication, Unified Communication Solution Platform and AV/Intelligent Room Solutions
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
