JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage the whole process from order input to delivery
• Maintain good working relationship with customers to solve their daily inquiries
• Forecast and plan monthly demand process
• Work closely with credit team and sales team to deal with customer account issues

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• Have general sense of order management processing
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English and Mandarin
