JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and promotion of ac/dc PD fast charger/adapter and lighting market of the company；
• Manage forecast, make sales plan, and lead the team to achieve the company’s established sales goals；
• Responsible for the development of key customers and brand customers and the cultivation of cooperative customers, closely cooperate with the product line, develop new customers and explore new application opportunities；
• Publicize the ac/dc product brand of our company and improve brand awareness；
• Manage the sales and FAE teams of South China ac/dc department, timely handle hospitality complaints and key customer relations, and provide advice and suggestions for the company’s product line planning and market direction；
• Be responsible for ac/dc fast charging market information analysis and research, pay attention to the trend of competitors, fully analyze customer needs and pain points, and feed back to the product line.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above；
•  At least 5 years of sales management experience in ac/dc high-power charger / adapter industry; Strong ability to develop new markets；
• Have the technical background of ac/dc high-power products；
• It is preferred to be familiar with different switching power supply architectures, such as qr/pwm flyback, PFC, LLC, etc., and understand the overall architecture design and the ability to solve customers’ actual problems；
• Have good teamwork ability, communication ability, learning ability, problem analysis and handling ability, and strong pressure resistance ability；
• It is preferred to have many years of technical posts in well-known power supply manufacturers or experience as a sales supervisor in the original power chip manufacturer；
• Have the physical conditions to adapt to frequent business trips.
