Manage logistics team and daily operations (customs policies, BOI materials control, local logistics import/ export management, Training development, Compliance, Cargo Insurance);
Ensuring implementation of logistics inbound and outbound management subject to local customs legislation/ regulations and best practice, as set forth by executive management by training teammates and set up procedures to make sure products been shipped out smoothly;
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and strengthen accounting processes.
Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven enhancements to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Proactively propose and lead process improvements.
Understand clients’ requirements and long-term goals to develop respective investor relations and public relations strategies
Prepare relevant communication materials including roadshow and corporate presentations, factsheets, mock QA, press releases, interim and annual reports and website content
