Revamp & manage the group’s IT department, optimize IT operations with proper cost control to support business strategies and ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
Report to Managing Director and lead a small IT team to provide daily inhouse IT support and also provide 2nd level support to external corporate clients in Hong Kong.

Lead and execute the implementation of annual projects such as annual salary review and bonus exercise, performance appraisal, annual remuneration system review, group insurance plans, etc
