To deploy, monitor, administer and maintain IT infrastructure systems and equipment to provide a secur and reliable operations environment for the Company in both Hong Kong and PRC sites.
To perform and manage both on-site and off-site backups by using Backup Exec and Cloud Backup
Report to Managing Director and lead a small IT team to provide daily inhouse IT support and also provide 2nd level support to external corporate clients in Hong Kong.
Handle the application development and testing, systems upgrade and other project management duties.
Gather system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation and technical specification, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined, business needs are documented, and limitations or risks are understood
Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of a standardized requirements document and user manuals
Working closely with the development team to build and deliver both front-end and back-end components in a structural approach
Provide workable solutions and options that balance the need to meet strategic goals whilst also delivering short-term benefits to meet business objectives
